First we want to thank you all so much for your patience throughout this Thin Ice journey! We are still in the midst of shipping and we just wanted to leave our backers with some information regarding shipments!
For newer contributors we have begun shipping, but if you would like an individual shipping update please reach out to support@thiniceweightloss.com where our support staff will be happy to assist! Please note that the 2.0 Thin Ice vests are a one size fits all and therefore there is no need to reach out to our support staff with sizes.
A reminder in regard to any extras (which include batteries, clothing and extras in lieu of the insoles), we have not begun shipping those yet but we do appreciate your patience! We want to complete shipment of all Thin Ice vests to our backers before shipping any extras as the vests are most essential to the Thin Ice experience.

We have 4 days left on the campaign, and let me just say, thank you so much for those that have decided to support Mandolin Rain! This past Saturday, I got to see the last show at what has been an icon of bluegrass music here in West Virginia; Mountaineer Opry House. This night was full of so much talent my head was spinning, but Jonathan got to be on stage too with some of his best friends and the folks where he got his start in music. Pre-orders will be available for another 2-3 weeks. The production has started on the plush. We anticipate them taking June-July to complete, and will be just bit delayed and arrive sometime in August. No, the pre-orders are not the cause of this. All pre-orders are coming OUT of the inventory we have already ordered.
We wanted to ensure all prototypes were still matching the originals, so remaking the prototypes just took an extra week or two than originally expected. But everything is purchased, on track, and will be arriving later this year. Once pre-orders close in mid June, you will NOT be able to get these online, at all. They will come in, online orders will be fulfilled, and then the rest will go to cons.

Mon Jun 04 '18 Announcement from Off Grid, a post-apocalyptic supernatural thriller
Wow, has it really been a month since we updated you on progress? So much amazing, exciting stuff has happened since not least of which was the Off Grid shoot itself, which took place from 16 May to 19 May in Worcestershire and was featured on Midlands Today and BBC Hereford & Worcestershire.
Director Carl and writer Mark will sum up their thoughts soon in a proper article for you all, but for now, we wanted to share some exclusive Indiegogo update images from behind the scenes for your enjoyment. We'll start with Day 1 and will release shots from subsequent days over the coming weeks. All of these were taken by the wonderful Gary Moore, photographer and executive producer on this project. The whole team worked hard to make this happen. After months of preparation, testing tweaking and designing, we finally launched our online store today!

The pitch battles of last week
Last week I was honored to pitch for Ockel Computers in Utrecht, here in the Netherlands. Together with nineteen other companies we've got the chance to pitch our brand & company story in front of a well experienced and respected jury, which will appoint ten nominees for the finals. We’re still facing some challenges before we can actually start shipping. Due to the shipping restrictions on batteries, all of our additional Powerbar Pro 9000 shipments are affected. We are working around the clock to find carriers capable of shipping the powerbars to you. More about this later.

Hurrah – I've finally finished Chapter Five, on my great-grandmother Annie Siegel Richmond. The chapter is set in the Lower East Side of Manhattan in 1895, when she has her son, Isidor, and is called The Birth Story. She thinks back to her childhood in Lithuania and Latvia and about her family life there.
As in all the historic chapters, I've filled in any facts I don't know. If I can find out any more concrete information, I'll go back and rewrite sections to correspond to reality (I'm tempted to put that last word in quotation marks).
Here's my great-grandmother Annie at the bottom of the photo, with my grandmother Yetta on the left, and Yetta's sisters Mary (top) and Tillie (right).
This is Israel Siegel, Annie's older brother. Her husband was also called Israel — the only main character from Sixteen Stories whom I don't have a photo of.
And their father, Wolf, who had at least 14 children, from two different wives. He came to America in 1901 but his first wife Tauba (my great-great-grandmother) died in the Old Country.
I'm in touch with some new distant Siegel cousins, Bonnie and Cathy, who have been helping with the research.
Now I get to skip ahead 20 years, to Los Angeles in 1915, focusing on another great-grandmother: Esther Lichtenstein Postman from Poland, who was the widow of Zygmunt of Chapter Three.
